Internal Medicine is a parent branch of different superspecialities (Cardiology, Neurology, Nephrology, Endocrinology, and Gastroenterology), therefore, all the oncology patients who are suffering from any of the ailments related to these departments are evaluated and managed at the Department of Internal Medicine. Ailments like Chest Pain, Seizures, Neurologic Deficits, Deranged Renal Functions, Dyselectrolytemia (Hypernatremia, Hyponatremia, Hyperkalemia, Hypokalemia), Diabetes, & Thyroid Dysfunction are managed in OPD as well as in IPD patients. The department is manned by highly trained expert of internal medicine with additional proficiency in non-invasive cardiology and echocardiography.
